Startup Instructions

Prepare the Mix: Start by mixing your soft serve ingredients thoroughly. Once mixed, refrigerate the mixture for at least 20 minutes to ensure it’s chilled and ready for optimal texture.

Plug In the Machine: Connect the machine to a power source and plug it in.

Add Mix to Hoppers: Pour your chilled soft serve mix into the machine’s hoppers, ensuring both are filled to the appropriate levels.

Start the Machine: Press the "Freeze" button to start the machine. This will activate the freezing process and prepare the mix for serving.

Wait for Machine to Reach Operating Temperature: Allow the machine to run until the progress shows at least 80%, ensuring the mix is properly chilled and ready to dispense.

Dispense Soft Serve: Once the machine is at the desired temperature, pull the lever for the flavor you want to serve. Enjoy your perfectly made soft serve!

Machine Shutdown and Cleaning Process

Press Clean: Start by pressing the "Clean" button on the machine to begin the cleaning cycle.

Empty Remaining Mix: Pull the levers to dispense any remaining mix into the provided pitchers. Save or dispose of the remaining mix as needed.

Add Warm Water: Add warm water to the hopper, then allow the machine to mix the water for 20 seconds to help clean the system.

Empty Water: Empty the warm water from the hopper, and repeat the process until the water runs clear.

Press Stop: Once the cleaning cycle is complete, press the "Stop" button to end the process.

Flip Switch to Off: Flip the power switch to the “Off” position to ensure the machine is fully powered down.

Unplug the Machine: Finally, unplug the machine to complete the shutdown process and ensure it's ready for storage or next use.

The machine is now clean and safely powered off!

Machine Beeping: The machine is beeping because the mix is low. Simply add more mix to the hoppers to resolve the issue.

Mix is Watery: If the mix is watery, the machine needs more time to freeze the mix. Allow the machine to run a little longer to reach the correct consistency.

No Power: If there’s no power, first check the power cord to ensure it’s properly connected. Then, verify that the power switch is turned on. If the machine still isn’t powering up, check your home’s circuit breaker to make sure the machine is receiving power.

Machine Keeps Shutting Off: If the machine repeatedly shuts off, it may not be on a dedicated 20-amp circuit. Ensure the machine is plugged into a 20-amp circuit with no other devices running on the same circuit to avoid overload.
